Noor AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Noor AI application.
Noor AI collects only the information necessary to provide its services: Location data (used only to calculate accurate prayer times for your city) Voice recordings (processed in real time to enable voice conversations with Noor, not stored) Conversation history (stored locally on your device only) Prayer tracking data (stored locally on your device only) Quran learning progress (stored locally on your device only) Subscription and purchase information (managed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat) 2. How we use your information
To calculate accurate prayer times based on your location To enable voice and text conversations with the Noor AI companion To save your prayer tracking history and spiritual progress To manage your subscription status To send prayer time notifications 3. Data storage
All personal data including conversation history, prayer logs, and learning progress is stored locally on your device. We do not transfer or store your personal data on external servers, except for what is strictly necessary to process AI responses in real time. 4. Third-party services
Noor AI uses the following third-party services: AI processing (to generate Noor's responses) — data sent is anonymized and not retained Aladhan.com API — used to calculate prayer times based on your location RevenueCat — used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases Apple App Store — manages all payment transactions We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. 5. Sensitive content
Noor AI may receive sensitive spiritual and personal information shared during conversations. This information is processed solely to provide a relevant and compassionate response. It is not stored on our servers and is not used for any other purpose. 6. Children's privacy
Noor AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has shared information with us, please contact us so we can delete it. 7. Notifications
With your permission, Noor AI sends push notifications for prayer times and spiritual reminders. You can manage or disable these notifications at any time in your device settings. 8. Microphone access
Noor AI requests access to your microphone to enable voice conversations. Microphone access is only active when you initiate a voice session. Audio is processed in real time and is not recorded or stored. 9. Subscription and billing
Noor AI offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. 10. Your rights
You have the right to: Access the data stored on your device at any time Delete all local data by uninstalling the application Withdraw consent for location access or notifications through your device settings Contact us with any privacy concern 11. Changes to this policy
